Tween Time: DIY Snow Globes

Youth, ages 8-15, are invited out to an evening workshop at your library where we'll be showing you how to create your own snow globes for this winter.  We may not have the weather, but that doesn't mean we can't have a little wintry fun.  We'll supply all the materials and instructions needed for this hands-on project.

Kids' AR Club

Youth, in grades K-5, are welcome to attend our evening club where children's staff will share stories that are on the current Accelerated Reader List of books selected by the school system.  Come hear great stories, and possibly test on them in school later. 

Anime Club @ Your Library

If you have a passion for anime, and you're a teen or young adult between the ages of 13-25, join our growing anime club at the library.  We meet on the first Tuesdays of each month and watch hit anime episodes, learn about cosplay, and engage in additional activities.  Join other enthusiasts in the community and be a part of the library's club. 

Make & Take: Snow Shooters

Looking for an afternoon of crafting fun?  Kids of all ages are invited out to the library to enjoy the snow...not real snow of course.  We're having fun with a different kind of snow by showing you how to make your own fun snow shooters.  Think snow, but even more awesome.  We'll supply all the materials and instruction needed. 

Collecting Commas Writing Club

If you're between the ages of 10-17 and love to write, look at being a part of our weekly writing club at the library.  Hone your creative writing skills with no pressure or stress in this fun and interactive group experience at your library, and led by children's librarian Kelsie Nygren.  Each week we'll work on writing activities and collaborate in all forms of writing while going over the basics too.  There's no need to register, just come ready for some writing fun. 

Family Fun: Winter Wonderland

Come on down to the library for an evening storytime event for kids of all ages, and parents too.  You're invited out to our Winter Wonderland setting in the children's area to enjoy stories, songs, games, crafts, and more, all dealing with the cold.  Plus, you'll even get to make a tasty treat to enjoy as well. 

The Coloring Club

New for adults, we're starting a Coloring Club at the library!  Designed for ages 18+, come enjoy the soothing benefits of coloring because it's just not for kids.  We'll provide you with coloring pages with intricate designs that are sure to put you in a calm state.  All materials will be provided, or you may feel free to bring your own coloring books and supplies.
