|South Branch Library Meeting Room Space|
Did you know all library locations offers space for community groups and businesses to rent? It's true. If you've been looking for a great place to host a regular meeting or activity, your local library is a great resource to tap. Rooms are available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis (as long as they fit into the library's schedule), and they have been a popular service to take advantage of. Meeting rooms are available FREE to all non-profit groups and organizations, but there is a fee for profit and businesses.
- Main Library ($10.00 per hour): Groups may book the auditorium (offering the largest available library space to rent) or the conference room on the 2nd floor.
- South Branch Library ($50.00 for two hours): Groups may book the meeting room (maximum capacity of 72 people). If needing to use advanced technology, there will be an additional $25.00 charge.
- Mockingbird Branch Library ($10.00 per hour): Groups may book the activity room (maximum capacity of 78 people).
We regret to inform you that although we want to offer everyone a chance to use the rooms, they are not always available. To check on a date, contact the supervisor at the location you're interested in booking and we'll check to see if we can offer a time that meets your date. We can then work on booking the room and having you visit the location to complete a Meeting Room Reservation Form to finalize the booking.
Please Note: Meeting rooms are not available for private parties such as birthday parties, showers, or family reunions.
