Celebrating Moms at Your South Branch Library

"M is for the Many things she gives us..." and so starts the song we all may remember singing as a child.  By the time you were finished, you spelled out the word "Mother" so you could let yours know just how much you love and appreciate her.  As moms give their children so much, your South Branch Library wanted give something back.  If you're looking for a great activity to attend with your children, don't pass up on the first ever Tea Time with Mom event, hosted on Mother's Day on May 14 at 2:00PM (4310 Buffalo Gap Rd, Inside the Mall of Abilene).

During this special event, geared more towards youth and their moms (and mom-like figures in your life), your library will provide a memorable afternoon of fun in this come & go program.  We will offer assorted beverages, finger foods, sweet treats, and even some cute crafts that both moms and kids will enjoy.

Feel free to dress up in your Sunday best (although not required to participate) and spend a great afternoon at your library.  This event will again run on Sunday, May 14 from 2:00PM to 3:30PM.  It's designed as a come & go event so you do not need to be present for the entire event.  We do hope that you'll be able to join us.

If you have any questions about the Tea Time with Mom event, feel free to contact Alyssa Crow at 325-698-7565 or Email Her.

And don't feel left out dads!  We're already thinking about a Tee Time with Dad for Father's Day too.  Look for more information about that a little later on.
